When Gobert attacks a bear hunter

Rudy Gobert mocked former Canadian hockey player Tim Brent on Twitter, a bear hunting or swinging fanatic. Very active on social networks, Rudy Gobert never hesitates to engage and take a stand on different subjects. A few days ago, he notably criticized those who burned their Nike shoes after the brand’s campaign on former quarterback Colin Kaepernick 49ers. Monday, the pivot of the Jazz has attacked the former hockey player Tim Brent, including past the Maple Leafs or Hurricanes. The Canadian, who has been retired since 2016, regularly posts photos of his hunting parties on Twitter. On a recent trip to the Yukon, Brent killed a moose and a bear. And he was particularly proud of it. “What a brave man,” said Gobert ironically, citing Brent’s tweet with the bear. An output that has earned him many congratulations but also criticism from some fans of Jazz, hunting is widely practiced in Utah. Regularly attacked on the same social network, Brent justified himself by showing a photo of his freezer filled with game, explaining that it is “one of the many reasons” for which he hunts.
